What can I expect from our first few sessions?

We will have an initial session together where you can express what you would like from therapy and some of your concerns. If you feel happy to do so, we can then discuss how best to work together going forward and there will be plenty of opportunity to revisit any concerns or changes you may wish to make every few weeks.

What happens if I cancel an appointment?

My notice period is 24hrs. Rescheduling can only be offered if 24hrs notice is given and is subject to availability. Sessions are charged at the full rate where less than 24 hours notice is given.

How can I pay for my appointments?

Sessions can be paid via bank transfer, by credit or debit card, or cash on the day.

How do I book a session with you?

Once we have had an initial consultation and you have decided you would like work with me, we can schedule your first session. Sessions are usually weekly and these can be face to face, on-line, or via telephone.
